Multi-storey apartment blocks.
The project consisted of 128 apartments, a total area of 13,540 m2. Executed in a distinctive architectural design and beautifully located close to Lillesø lake, with only a two-minute walk to the centre of Skanderborg.
The project is executed as six apartment blocks varying in height from three to five storeys with varying pitched roofs.
The buildings’ load-bearing structures are made from concrete elements with brick façades and ribbed asphalt roofing. Car parks have been established in the border area, so that the open green areas between the apartment blocks are kept free of cars.
The project was built in two stages, with 45 and 63 apartments, respectively. The stages were built for two different developers.
