A turnkey project for the erection of 55 low-lying/close together homes in Hørning. The project was realised via excellent collaboration with the developer, their consultants and JCN Bolig. Together, we delivered a quality project but also a project where the building process for the turnkey contractor was well thought through.
The architect created contact between the developer and JCN Bolig. This occurred after the architect and JCN Bolig had participated in a pre-qualification competition on another project in Aarhus, where JCN Bolig proved its worth in the form of very competitive prices.
