At JCN Bolig, we are very proud that we have yet again delivered a stable profit.
At JCN Bolig, we are very proud that we have yet again delivered a stable profit. Profit that is a clear result of the talented employees we have at JCN Bolig. Over the years, JCN Bolig has built up a solid organisational foundation and we are constantly developing. JCN Bolig generated a record turnover of DKK 684 million in 2021. Over the last four years, turnover has grown by 59% and we expect further growth in the coming years.
2022 is becoming an even better and busier year and will be the eighth year of growth as we head towards our strategic 2025 goal to be among “the second biggest”. JCN Bolig shall be an active owner-led alternative to the major turnkey contractors in Denmark. Large volume with flexible and agility
2022 will also be the year where we again will face stringent requirements to achieve some of the best financial results in the industry. Naturally, in relation to our size. The building industry is a marginal sport in earnings and therefore you have to be constantly in the market to achieve satisfactory earnings.
